Saki Ski Garden Parada is one resort but divided into two areas, namely north (北パラダ) and south (南パラダ). The north side is larger of the two areas but both sides maintain a lodge and parking lots.

Is Night Skiing Available?

Yes, there is night skiing at Saku Ski Garden Parada. Night skiing is available on Fridays and Saturdays and those days prior to national holidays. Night skiing runs until 10pm (last lift at 2130hrs). Night skiing is not all season long and it is best to re-check directly with the resort to ensure it is open for the dates you are targeting. The prices in the 23/24 season was Yen 2300 for adults and Yen 1,500 for elementary school students. Season tickets just for night skiing are available.

Ski Season Length & Hours of Operation

The ski season is normally from mid December to mid March. For the 23/24 ski season, it opened on Dec 22 and closed on Mar 24.

Park, Off Piste and Other Attractions

Families

There is an inside and outside area for kids. It is open from 0930 to 1630hrs weekdays and from 0900hrs on weekends. The cost is Yen 3,000. You can additionally rent boots, gloves and snow wear at the resort.

There is a ski and snowboard school available. You can view ski school info here and the snowboard school here. Unfortunately, English info is not available. The ski school is offered daily. The reception is located in the north area.

Other Facilities

There are several restaraunts located in both the north and south areas of the resort as follows;

North Parada: There are 3 restaurants, Restaurant Rosso, Pizza Verde and a Ramen Shop.

South Parada: There are 2 restaurants, Restaurant Hirane (inside Miharashi no Yu hotsprings) and Birds Cafe

The is a panoramic natural hot spring bath called Mihara no yu (みはらの湯). The hot spring baths also have a sauna, cold baths, a dining area, a relaxation area, a training room, a therapy room and a tourist information corner. It is located in the south area. It is open from 1100hrs to 2100hrs with last entrance at 2030hrs. Check it out here.
